What to expect
Breitenstein is our apartment in Fischbachau in the Leitzach valley, near Lake Schliersee. In 54 square metres there are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, plenty of room for families and small groups. Meals are at the large wooden table with corner bench in front of wallpaper with a mountain forest motif.
The kitchen has an oven and dishwasher, the bathroom has a bathtub with shower, and there is also a washer-dryer. From the narrow balcony you look out at the mountains, and you park your car in the outdoor parking space.
For families there is a travel cot, high chair, changing mat, potty and step stool, plus a play corner and board games.
The apartment is named after the Breitenstein, the 1,622 metre mountain near Fischbachau.

- 20 to 8 days before arrival: 50 % of the accommodation price
- From 7 days before arrival and for no-shows: 90 %
- Stays of 28 nights or more: 50 % up to 30 days before arrival, 90 % after that

Fischbachau lies in the Leitzach valley between the ski areas at Spitzingsee and Bayrischzell. Many hikes start right at the apartment. By car you are at Lake Schliersee in about ten minutes, in Miesbach in about a quarter of an hour and at Café Winklstüberl in around three minutes. Arrival by car via the A8, exit Irschenberg, and the B472.

Yes, on request for a small fee for cleaning and upkeep: cot €10, high chair €5 per stay. We provide children’s toys free of charge. Just let us know before you arrive.
