How to reach us
82166 Gräfelfing
How quickly we reply: messages are answered first by Alma, our AI assistant, usually within 15 minutes. Anything Alma cannot solve is passed on to Maria and Ben. We are not quite as quick as Alma (after all, she never needs a coffee break), but we get back to you as fast as we can. If it is urgent, it is best to call us.
You will also find many answers in our frequently asked questions. Would you like to offer us a property? Please use the page Rent to us.

Our locations
Deidesheim
Wine village on the German Wine Route, right in the heart of Palatinate wine culture. Our two houses are right by the spa gardens, and the station and market square are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Ruppertsberg
Wine-growing village with several wine estates right next to Deidesheim, surrounded by Riesling vineyards. Our Deidesheim apartments are only a few hundred metres away.
Fischbachau
Quiet village in the Leitzach valley between the ski areas at Lake Spitzingsee and in Bayrischzell. Many hikes start right at the apartment.
