Our standard model
Commercial lease
Besilima Apartments GmbH rents your apartment or house and lets it as a holiday apartment. You have one fixed contractual partner and an agreed monthly rent. You do not have to deal with guests.

Management for a commission
You remain the landlord, we manage the holiday letting for you and receive a commission in return.

What we are looking for
Regions
Rhineland-Palatinate, the Bavarian Alpine foothills and the Munich area, for example Germering, Gräfelfing and the Würm valley.
Size
Apartments or houses with three or more rooms, or properties with at least four units.
Condition
Empty and unfurnished properties too. If you wish, we furnish them completely.
What we take care of
We look after the entire holiday letting operation.
Furnishing
We furnish empty properties and get them ready for guests.
Listings
We create the listings and look after them on an ongoing basis.
Guest communication
From the first question to departure, we are there for the guests.
Cleaning and minor repairs
We organise cleaning between stays and take care of minor repairs.
Why Besilima
We have been hosts since 2016 and today run eleven holiday apartments in Deidesheim, Ruppertsberg and Fischbachau. We have also rented and run apartments at Lake Chiemsee.
Our processes are digital: booking, verification, check-in with an access code and a digital guest guide. That makes operations predictable, even over longer distances.
