Welcome to P20 Hofstück — a charming attic studio in the Paradiesgarten building, situated directly beside the spa park in Deidesheim. The apartment offers 39 m² of warm, well-considered space for up to 4 guests, combining a cosy residential feel with a tranquil green setting.
The open sleeping area features a double bed that can be rearranged as two single beds on request. Directly beside it, a recamier with a sleeping function and a comfortable sleeper chair offer extra rest for additional guests. From the bed, you look naturally toward the window and the television — a layout that feels both spacious and intimate.
The dining area seats 4 people comfortably. Step out onto the small balcony — seating for 2 with a parasol — and enjoy a quiet moment overlooking the park. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, small dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, with tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper provided.
The apartment comes with its own wide underground parking space — room enough for two bicycles alongside your car. Linens and towels are included. Washer and dryer are available in the building's basement. A travel cot, high chair and children's dinnerware can be arranged on request. Please note: the building has no lift, and the attic floor has sloped ceilings.

P20 Hofstück accommodates up to 4 guests. The double bed sleeps 2, the recamier has a sleeping function for a third guest, and the sleeper chair can be used by a fourth.
Can the double bed be arranged as two single beds?
Yes — simply let us know in advance and we will set the double bed up as two separate single beds for your arrival.
Is parking included?
Yes. P20 Hofstück comes with its own dedicated wide underground parking space — included in the price. Two bicycles can also be stored there comfortably, depending on the size of the car.
Is there a lift in the building?
No — the Paradiesgarten building does not have a lift. The apartment is on the attic floor and has sloped ceilings. Please bear this in mind if you have mobility requirements.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00; check-out is by 10:00. The apartment offers contactless self check-in — you will receive all access details by email and WhatsApp before your arrival. Earlier or later times may be possible on request, subject to availability.
Are children welcome? Is a cot available?
Absolutely. A travel cot, high chair and children's dinnerware can all be provided on request — just let us know when booking.
What is the difference between the P and M buildings?
All of our apartments in the Paradiesgarten building carry the letter P (like P20 Hofstück). Next door, our apartments in the Mandelgarten building carry the letter M. Both buildings are centrally located next to the spa park in Deidesheim.
